機器人自動碼垛生產線

• 配有自動噴碼設備，為客戶提供了更好的產品辨識和產品的追溯，提高了對產品質量的控制和管理。碼垛采用機器人替代傳統的人工碼垛，極大的降低員工勞動強度和生產成本。
• 垛盤輸送設備將碼好的垛盤自動輸送到叉取位，由叉車將垛盤運輸到成品倉庫，了生產的快速運行。
• 機器人自動碼垛生產線采用模塊化設計，根據客戶的不同的需求進行模塊化配置。包裝部分可以根據客戶要求配置半自動 DCS 系列包裝機或全自動 YCM 系列包裝機。
• 倒袋輸送裝置、整平輸送、壓包輸送裝置代替人工倒袋整平的過程，袋形美觀整齊， 降低人工操作的強度。根據客戶要求配置金屬檢測系統、重量檢測系統，將不合格產品剔除，產品的質量，降低客戶投訴風險。

Automatic Robot Palletizer Production Line

• There is Automatic Industrial Inkjet Printer to help customers recognize and retrospect products, this enhance the control and management of products.The Robot Palletizer replaces traditional manpower, it reduces the labor intensity of employees and production cost.
• The pallet convey equipment transmits the palletized pallets to the fetch position, and pallets will be transported to finished goods warehouse by forklift, which ensures stable and high-speed production.
• The Robot Palletizer Production Line adopts the modular design, modular setup can be different according to the different requirements of customers.The packaging part can be chosen by customers, including DCS series of semi-automatic Packaging Machine and YCM series of full-automatic Packaging Machine.
• The convey mechanisms including pushing over bags, flat bags and press bags replace manual operation, which make the shape of bag nice and tidy.The Metal Detection System and The Weight Detection System can be equipped per customers’ requirements to get rid of unqualified products to ensure product quality.
